Junior road riders will now have another place to practise and get track time thank to an exciting addition to the offerings from Australia’s premier track day provider, and Kawasaki business partner, Champion’s Ride Days.
Kawasaki spoke with Champion’s Ride Days owner, Nicole Osbourne:
“ Champion’s Ride Days have been working with MA to create this option for Aussie Junior road racers. We have been unable to accept Juniors since we commenced back in 1999, so to have our 21st year of providing ride days be celebrated with Juniors allowed to ride with us is an awesome achievement. In Australia, it has been very difficult for Juniors to get track time, so this is a big step forward for the sport.”
The Junior rider must be 13 years and older and have an MA licence and have the Senior Endorsement. The motorcycles they can ride are in the Road Race Production class; 250cc to 500cc 4-Stroke. Riders are piloting 300 and 400cc motorcycles, including the Kawasaki Ninja 400.
Nicole and the Champion’s Ride Days crew are excited with this positive step forward for their business and Australian road racing.
“After recently celebrating our oldest customer on track turning 81 years old, and now having Juniors from 13 years old, Champion’s Ride Days really is catering to everyone!”
