14 year old Morgan Fogarty tackled the 144km desert race extremely well on his KX85 to finish on the podium in 2nd place in the 85 Big Wheel class.
2 weeks spent training in Mildura leading up to the Hattah Desert Race paid dividends for KX Junior Squad rider Josh Brierley. He joined Morgan on the podium, taking 3rd place in the class.

Mitch Brierley rode extremely well in prologue to finish 1st in class and 17th outright of all the Juniors, setting himself up with a front row starting position on the grid for the main race. However while pushing hard for the lead on Saturday, he had a few crashes and ended up finishing in 11th place.
Lyndon Snodgrass got off to a flying start on board his KX250F but had to withdraw from the race on the lap 3 while battling for the lead due to a split hose.
Kawasaki also saw success in the 250F 13-U16 class with WBR rider Sam Maynard finishing on the podium in 3rd place.
Kawasaki congratulates all of the KX Junior Squad and Kawasaki riders on their great results.
