Kawasaki Connections's Matt Walters leads the time sheets for round 5 qualifying as well as for round 4 which takes place tomorrow as part of the double header round. The Kawasaki supported rider set a new lap record for the Pro Stock class during yesterday's qualifying for Saturday's round 4 with a very fast time of 1:31.529, (a time good enough for P4 in the Superbike class).

Sunday's round 5 will see Matt in P1 follwed by Dustin Goldsmith, Phil Lovett, Sean Condon and Ben Burke all on board Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R's.


(Luke Burgess - Ninja 250R)

Kawasaki's Luke Burgess who is the reigning ASBK 250cc Production Class champion qualified his #1 plated Ninja 250R in P1 for Sunday's round 5 and P2 for Saturday's round 4. Kawasaki rider Brandon Demmery took P1 and P2 positions respectively for each round.


(Sophie Lovett - Ninja 250R)

Kawasaki's Sophie Lovett once again qualified her Ninja 250R in P1 in the Women's class for each round and P6 and P4 respectively for each round outright. She qualified her Ninja ZX-10R in 15th outright in the Pro Stock class for Sunday's round 5.


(Jack Baker's Ninja 250R)

15 year old Jack Baker from Crazy Dogs Kawasaki in QLD managed a best qualifying position of 4th place on his Ninja 250R for Saturday's round 4 in the 250cc Production class.


(Dustin Goldsmith - Ninja ZX-10R)

Kawasaki riders will be fighting hard to finish on the podium at the 4th and 5th rounds of the Australian Superbike Championship at Sydney Motorsport Park this weekend.
