Friday 9th October Kawasaki BCPerformance was invited to Sydney Motorsport Park last Friday to take part in the first Night practice session under the lights. Organised by the St George motorcycle club on behalf of Motorcycling Australia to gain the required licensing to run future events under lights in the evenings.
Team Manager Kelvin Reilly commented on the outing:
"Due to the current COVID restrictions the team only had Glenn Scott present, but it was a good opportunity to get some more testing done on the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10RR with the Dunlop tyres at night. Whilst Glenn gave his feedback to the organisers on the day regarding the track conditions, visibility ect..."

"I was lucky enough to race under lights at Losail, Qatar GP circuit when I was racing in World Supersport, to be back riding under lights here at Sydney Motorsport Park on my Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10RR was an absolute treat. The circuit has done a great job with the light design and for St George MCC to be pushing to create some racing at night I think is awesome for the sport and will be a great spectacle. They certainly have my support! I hope our feedback on the night will help with this development and the operation of flag points. A special thank you to my Kawasaki BCperformance team for preparing my Kawasaki Ninja Zx-10RR."
