The Kawasaki rider has not been able to sum any points this weekend due to a fall.
A rider threw Ana Carrasco to the ground in the first lap, before, on the first straight, Ana already had to give way to various colleagues to avoid running over a rider who fell right in front of her.
After the fall Ana managed to recover to nineteenth position but it wasn't enough to score.
This has been a very accidental weekend, not just in the race, but also in the practice sessions, which is why many of the candidates for the title haven't scored, therefore Ana remains second overall in the championship, tied for points with third and fourth place.
The next race is in Portimao Portugal next September the 8th.
Ana Carrasco (Kawasaki Provec WorldSSP300 Rider): “I'm a bit disappointed with today's race because I sincerely believe that I could have fought for the victory. I got a good start and I advanced various positions but a rider fell right in front of me in the straight and I fell behind the group, I tried to get back quickly but before I finished the lap another rider hit me on curve 11 and I hit the ground. I'm a bit sad because it was a good chance to cut back points with the leader and gone away this summer closer in points but I'm going to work hard this summer in order to keep my options for the title up til the last race."
