The current Australian WMX champion qualified her Kawasaki KX250F fastest on Saturday, setting herself up for two solid motos.

A first lap crash in moto one put her back to last place however Rutledge rode well to claw her way back to 5th race end.

18 year old Rutledge really shone in moto 2 where she posted the fastest lap time of the race and finished in 2nd place, less than 1 second behind world champion, Chiara Fontanesi.

Meghan Rutledge will be striving for her first round victory of the series at the final round of the Women's World MX Championship in Slovakia next weekend.
