ASBK riders have already kicked goals – literally – ahead of the ASBK Sydney Night Race at Sydney Motorsport Park on March 28-29.
In a unique partnership with the Macarthur Bulls A-League club, Kawasaki BCperformance Racing Team Ninja ZX-6R rider, Hayden Nelson, took on a different kind of challenge at Campbelltown Sports Stadium as they joined in a skills session and penalty shootout with emerging Bulls stars Alexander Robinson, Frans Deli and Joshua Damevski.
The Macarthur players were suitably impressed by the skill, versatility and athleticism of the ASBK riders, particularly their crafty footwork and powerful kicking.
A few members of the Macarthur Bulls FC coaching team will now get taken out of their comfort zone when they attend the ASBK Sydney Night Race to experience the adrenaline-pumping thrill of a two-seat Superbike pillion ride behind Steve Martin and Troy Corser!
With the pre-race fun now done and dusted, riders will now turn their attention to the ASBK Sydney Night Race, which will be held for the third consecutive year at Sydney Motorsport Park.
The blockbuster March 28-29 event will feature all the classes under the ASBK umbrella – SW-Motech Superbike, Kawasaki Supersport, Race and Road Supersport 300, ShopYamaha R3 Cup, bLU cRU Oceania Junior Cup and Superbike Masters – across 15 action-packed races on Friday and Saturday.
The popular pitlane walk will also return, where fans will have the opportunity to get up close to the motorcycles, meet their favourite riders and grab a photo or autograph on Saturday between 6:10-7:25pm.
