Jonathan Rea (Kawasaki Racing Team) joined an exclusive club with his 40th career FIM Superbike World Championship race win over the weekend. In the championship points, Rea leads with a perfect 50 while Sykes has 26, and is ranked third overall after the first round.

Kawasaki Racing Team riders Tom Sykes and Jonathan Rea stand ready for their final pre-season track tests on the new Ninja ZX-10RR at the same Phillip Island circuit that will host the first round of the season between 24th and 26th February

Matt Walters and Jack Baker will continue to race their Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R Superbike machines while Supersport rider, Sam Muldoon will campaign his Nina ZX-6R in the Australian Superbike (ASBK) Championship series.

2015 and 2016 Australian Track Champion, Max Whale will lead the pack with his KX250F, while Brad West will continue to represent the KX Junior Squad in Australian junior motocross competition aboard his Kawasaki KX85-II this year.

2016 Australasian Superbike Champion (ASC), Robbie Bugden and Supersport champion, Kyle Buckley will spearhead the Kawasaki BCperformance assault on the Australian Superbike Championship (ASBK) in 2017 aboard their Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R superbikes.

Bikebiz Ninja 300 pilot, Sam Condon won the 2016 Kawasaki Insurances FX300 Ninja Cup and took home the first place Ninja ZX-10R prize following the final round of the 2016 Australasian Superbike Championship at Sydney Motorsport Park.
